During my first trimester, I took fruits majorly because I could not eat solid food due to nausea and vomiting. One of the advantages is that it helps in bowel movement and digestion.

The first trimester comes with constipation, and taking ripped fruits has proven to be the only ease. It is also suitable for the baby in the womb and one of the secrets of having an intelligent baby in the womb.
